What can you smoke a pack of cigarettes it every two weeks?

Can you make me become addicted to cigarettes? As smoke sometimes three times a day, but the next day, do not smoke at all, a smoking, etc. Can you get addicted to that?

    Nicotine is very much an addiction just like alcohol, cocaine or gambling. You are already hooked. On the other hand, if you can do with just smoking 3, 1 or none, then you can quit. Its that simple.

    Yes, of course you can become addicted, and as someone else stated, you’re probably already addicted to some extent.

    If you do not want to feel that you “need” a cigarette every day, you should determine that you will no longer smoke.

    As a smoker, I know that the physical dependence can strike at any moment once you’ve given your body nicotine for even a short period of time.

    I enjoy smoking however, and my pack a day habit is not in any way a concern of mine. I have been smoking for 3 years, and I notice a great deal of physical and mental problems that have arisen in this short time.

    I’m not a health nut or concerned with a long lasting life though, so I can live with this knowledge. You may want to determine if you want to see yourself become a great deal more unhealthy and unable to be without the smelly habit before you continue to smoke :)

    Your choice. Make the right one now before you have no choice.

    In my honest opinion
    no one is really hooked on smoking
    they just make themselves believe they are…
    you want a cigarette have a cigarette just be aware of the risks is all i say
    I mean if you can stop having them at any point youll be fine, once you find it hard to quit, then your mentality is wrong
    dont live to enjoy a cigarette but enjoy a cigarette to live get it 😀

    Here are some reasons not to smoke

    Bad breath

    Premature wrinkles

    Yellow nails

    Rotten lungs



    More colds/coughs than anyone else

    Yucky smelly clothes

    And you are addicted – nicotine!

    If you are dead set on smoking get a hookah and herbal shisha-this is virtually harmless. (Indian smoking device).HERBAL shisha is made from sugar cane!!

    You would have to smoke 15-20 cigs a day to be a total smoker. 1-2 a day is like breathing smoggy city air.

    Yes, nicotine is one of the most addictive substances ever known to man. I don’t smoke and I don’t judge those who do but I’ve seen how people “experiment” with a cigarette and they become heavy smokers, smoking 1 pack or so a day. Be careful.

    If you can go a day or two without one, you aren’t hooked, so don’t worry about it. Think of it this way, if you smoked 3 cigarettes everu day and you DID get addicted, you would only be addicted to smoking 3 a day, which is like not smoking at all.
    So enjoy yourself and don’t worry about it.
