Having Trouble Falling And Staying Asleep?

Having trouble falling and staying asleep?

In the past 3 or 4 weeks I’ve had trouble with falling asleep, if I do manage to get to sleep I will wake up up to 5 times per night,
I’ve switched my diet, and it is a lot healthier, I’ve lost weight, started exercising, stopped smoking.
I didn’t specifically do these things just because of my sleep problems but surely this should help more than anything?
I normally go to bed around 10 and wake up at 6 every morning for work.
Is there a reason for this?

Each night i listen to a sleep hypnosis on youtube which i Absolutely love! It helps me get to sleep but i wake up once in the middle of the night, which i don’t mind i actually enjoy waking up at least once because it makes me feel like i sleep longer. But this hypnosis really helps when it comes to keeping you mind off things once you get deeper into the video. It has many different ways to let go of stuff. Its best to use headphones if you are listening to it while laying in bed. I use my phone to listen to it. The video link is http://youtu. be/zk7SQ6ZZxUM

Soak in a warm, relaxing bath before going to bed, or drink a glass of warm milk. The tryptophan in milk elevates the important chemical serotonin in the brain, with the result that you fall asleep naturally and quickly.
