    It’s great to see that this survey has finally been done. Smokers who seek out professional help help are totally discouraged from quitting cold turkey–the technique which as seen here is the most successful approach. Don’t just take Gallup’s word for it either, go do your own survey of the former smokers you know. You will find that most former smokers quit cold turkey. One other important note from this survey, there are more former smokers than current smokers. Shows that quitting is doable.

    now i didn’t want to quit, but i hate the smell of smoke and my teeth were going yellow. so i switched to e-smokes. its not as strong or flavorful as a real cigarette but its nice to smoke any time anywhere and at any rate i want (dont have to finish a whole cigarette if i dont want to), and its a bit cheaper 😀
